Description: <p></p><p><p>Heiko Gerken und seine Familie bewirtschaften in Hepstedt (Elbe-Weser-Dreieck) einen Bio-Betrieb mit rund 30 Mutterschafen auf Dauergrünland. Bekannt ist der Hof zudem für die Zucht des seltenen Angler Rindes alter Zuchtrichtung sowie für seinen Direktvermarktng „Lebensmittelpunkt“, über den regionale Bio-Fleisch- und Wurstwaren vertrieben werden.</p><p>Im Mai 2024 legte die Lignovis GmbH auf 5,8 ha Dauergrünland ein silvopastorales Agroforstsystem mit 2.300 Pappeln und Weiden an (Gehölzfläche 0,1 ha).
