DINA Dataset University of Kassel

Description: Examination of metabarcoding plant DNA traces from Malaise trap samples. A dataset of 79 samples from 21 sites in Germany was analyzed using the ITS2 barcode. This study is part of the project DINA (Diversity of insects in Nature Reserves) to study insect communities in 21 nature reserves in Germany.
