Ecosystem metrics: nutrients measured in two AWISOM mesocosm experiments in 2019

Description: In this dataset, we measured nutrients (PO4, NOs, NH4, chlorophyll-a) in response to increased temperature and fish thermal plasticity. Measured weekly (between 06.06.2019 - 26.08.2019) from water samples taken within each mesocosm at the AWISOM mesocosm facility of the Wadden Sea Station Sylt. Nutrient levels were analyzed with an AutoAnalyzer3 (SEAL Analytical, Norderstedt, Germany). Chlorophyll-a was measured using a bbe AlgaeLabAnalyser (bbe Moldaenke, Schwentinental, Germany).
