Description: This metadata refer to the database covering data for the largest industrial complexes in Europe. It contains releases and transfers of regulated substances to all media, waste transfers reported under the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR) from 2007 to 2021 and as well as more detailed data on energy input and emissions for large combustion plants (reported under IED Art.72) from 2016 to 2021. It contains by EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The provided files represent the status of the EEA Industrial Reporting database as of 28 February 2023. Please refer to the "Links" section for further details about the content of the different files.
