NECPR: Progress to targets for adaptation (Annex III) dataset

Description: Progress to targets for adaptation is a dataset under the National Energy and Climate Progress Reports (NECPRs), which is reported every second year (starting in 2023) by EU Member States. The dataset provides information regarding Member State's adaptation goals and how they are integrated with National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) and how adaptation concerns could affect delivering the objectives of the Energy Union. The EEA collects and quality checks this data. This reporting obligation comes from Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2299 (Annex III).
