Description: Additional reporting obligations in the area of energy efficiency is a dataset under the National Energy and Climate Progress Reports (NECPRs), which is reported every second year (starting in 2023). The dataset provides additional information on energy efficiency and the role of buildings (public and nearly-zero energy buildings). The EEA collects and quality checks this data. This reporting obligation comes from the Governance Regulation 2018/1999, Implementing Regulation 2022/2299 (Annex XVII).
