Oxidative Metabolic Profiling von Xenobiotika mit CYP1A1-, CYP1A2- und CYP3A4-transgenen Pflanzenzellkulturen

Description: Das Projekt stellt eine Fortsetzung und Erweiterung des Vorläuferprojekts 'Herstellung transgener Zellkulturen von Tabak, die die humanen Cytochrom-P450-Monooxygenasen CYP1A1 oder CYP1A2 exprimieren' dar. Die transgenen Tabak-Zellkulturen wurden zu diesem Zweck um eine weitere Kultur, die humanes CYP3A4 exprimiert, ergänzt. Als Xenobiotika werden Cyprodinil (Fungizid), die Herbizide Fluometuron und Nitrofen, die Insektizide Carbaryl, Diflubenzuron, DDT, Endosulfan und Methoxychlor sowie das Xenoestrogen 4-n-Nonylphenol untersucht.
