Bio-EtOH - Energy and Cost Reductions In Production of Fuel Ethanol from Biomass through Membrane Technology

Description: Bio-EtOH is a research project in the Sixth Framework Programme FP6 of the EU with eight different partners from 4 European countries. The objective of this project is the development of a sophisticated new process for bio-fuel ethanol production with significant reduced energy consumption and savings in construction and operation costs of ethanol dehydration by using Membrane Technologies.
