Wirkungsindikatoren Biodiversität und HNV zur Evaluierung des EPLR Brandenburg 2007-2013

Description: Ziel des Projektes ist die interdisziplinäre Erarbeitung eines Konzeptes für die Wirkungsanalyse der für die Biodiversität relevanten Maßnahmen des Entwicklungsplans ländlicher Raum (EPLR). Dabei gilt es, die obligatorischen Indikatoren (Biodiversitäts-/Vogelindikator sowie HNV-Indikator) für landesweite Trendaussagen zu prüfen und ggf. zu erweitern (Programmbewertung) sowie geeignete Wirkungsindikatoren unter Beachtung bestehender Erfassungssysteme für die Maßnahmenebene zu erarbeiten.
