SAHEL - Wirtschaftlichere Heliostaten mit Sandwichkonzentrator, Karussellnachführung und optischer Closed-Loop-Regelung, Teilvorhaben: Stellio-Heliostat mit Sandwichkonzentrator

Description: Der Heliostat 'Stellio' der sbp sonne GmbH ist der z.Z. günstigste verfügbare Heliostat. Sein Wirkungsgrad soll um 5 % gesteigert und die Kosten um 10 bis 20 % reduziert werden, indem ein patentiertes Sandwich-Spiegel-Panel hoher Reflektivität und Formgenauigkeit verwendet wird. In einer anderen Heliostatvariante sollen die Gesamt-Heliostat-Kosten durch die Verwendung einer neuartigen Karussell-Nachführung und einer Closed-Loop-Regelung langfristig zusätzlich um 20 % reduziert werden. Insgesamt werden Heliostatfeldkosten von unter 80 €/m2 angestrebt. Erforderlich ist ein Heliostat mit kostengünstigem, präzisem, steifem und dauerhaftem Sandwich-Spiegel-Panel. Ziel des Teilvorhabens der sbp sonne GmbH ist es, die entsprechenden Anforderungen zu spezifizieren, den Sandwich-Konzentrator auszulegen und zu fertigen, und den Stellio-Heliostaten an den neuen Konzentrator anzupassen.
