Pflege der Datenbasis Wirkstoffmengen nach Paragraph 19 des Pflanzenschutzgesetzes

Description: Nach Paragraph 19 des Pflanzenschutzgesetzes in Verbindung mit Paragraph 3 der Pflanzenschutzmittelverordnung sind der BBA jaehrlich fuer das vorangegangene Kalenderjahr Art und Menge der Wirkstoffe der im Inland abgegebenen und der ausgefuehrten Pflanzenschutzmittel zu melden. Meldepflichtig sind der Hersteller von Pflanzenschutzmitteln, der Vertriebsunternehmer, wenn er Pflanzenschutzmittel erstmals in den Verkehr gebracht hat, oder bei der Einfuhr von Pflanzenschutzmitteln derjenige, der die Ware in den freien Verkehr ueberfuehrt oder ueberfuehren laesst.
