Title: Subproject: Transfer of results and options for action
Description: QUIRINUS-Control is a comprehensive research project for the objective evaluation and thus the future safeguarding of voltage quality against the background of the move away from large-scale power plants and the further integration of converter-based plants in the Rhenish coalfield. QUIRINUS-Control offers interdisciplinary approaches by a consortium of research institutes, grid operators, consultants, measuring device manufacturers, software developers and plant manufacturers for the identification of possible voltage quality losses. In particular, QUIRINUS-Control aims at the development of systemic solution measures and component solutions as well as the derivation of best practice solutions by setting up a wide-area monitoring system as a tool within the project. The sub-project aims to support the transfer of results and to transfer options for action, lessons learned and methods into a digital facts and solution book (WP9). To this end, the Fh-IEG will transfer the overarching project goals from WP1 to WP9. In AP7, the Fh-IEG will implement the development and integration of future RE generators and loads in the considered grid regions in scenarios with the aim of making the procedure transferable to other grid regions. The aim of WP8 is to incorporate the economic and regulatory findings as well as the results for the development of business models and their target-group-compliant addressing in the joint facts and solution book.
