Es wird/wurde ausgeführt durch: Universität Eichstätt, Fachgebiet Soziologie, Professur für Soziologie 3.The project intends to improve the lifelong acquisition of skills and competencies, bridge-building between initial and continuing training in the context of the development and management of Local Agenda 21 process and of Environmental Action Plan (EAP). According with Agenda 21 Program, subscribed by the countries which have taken part to the conference organised by the UNCED in 1992 at Rio de Janeiro, Local Agenda 21 and EAP are considered the main tools to analyse, elaborate and share choices and local actions oriented to a sustainable development.
