Description: Das Projekt "Promoting the Development of an Energy Efficiency Service (EES) Market (ChangeBest)" wird/wurde gefördert durch: Kommission der Europäischen Gemeinschaften Brüssel. Es wird/wurde ausgeführt durch: Wuppertal Institut für Klima, Umwelt, Energie gGmbH.ChangeBest aims at promoting the development of an energy efficiency service market in Europe. Co-ordinated by the Wuppertal Institute, 20 project partners, a few subcontractors and further experts as well as at least 45 partners from practice (energy companies and ESCOs) will co-operate in this project within the 'Intelligent Energy Europe Programme. The objective of the ChangeBest project is to support energy companies and ESCOs in developing and introducing energy efficiency services for private households and business clients, based on analyses, experience exchange, general strategy concepts and bilateral dialogues with individual companies on their business plans and product developments. Moreover, ist is planned to disseminate good practice examples. The aim is to positively contribute to the development of the energy efficiency service market and thus to the implementation of the Directive on Energy End-Use Efficiency and Energy Services.
