Es wird/wurde ausgeführt durch: Höchst Research and Technology.General Information: The objective of the project is the cleavage of the CMV RNA genome by ribozymes, for which the genetic information will be engineered into the plant genome via the Agrobacterium technique. Transgenic plants will be tested by inoculation with purified virus particles.
