Implementation Report for Mining Waste Directive and ELV Directive

Description: Das Projekt "Implementation Report for Mining Waste Directive and ELV Directive" wird/wurde gefördert durch: Europäische Kommission, Generaldirektion Umwelt. Es wird/wurde ausgeführt durch: BIO Intelligence Service (BIO-IS).The project aims at analysing the completeness of the natinoal implementation reports of the EU-27 concerning the End-of-life vehicles (2000/53/EC) and the Mining Waste (2006/21/EC) Directives. Building on this analysis, per each of the two Directives a full implementation report will be compiled, assessing completeness, identifying gaps and pointing out further needs. Ecologic Institute will assess the national implementation reports for the mining waste Directive and compile the respective full implementation report.
