Description: Analyse der physischen (Standort, etc.) und sozioökonomischen Restriktionen (inkl. Risiko, Unsicherheit) welche die Umsetzung der landwirtschaftlichen Energiepotenziale bestimmen. Das theoretisch/technische Energiepotenzial wird durch eine Marktanalyse (Umfrage) vom betriebswirtschaftlich umsetzbaren Potenzial abgegrenzt. Ausgangspunkt der Marktanalyse ist die direkte und repräsentative Befragung von Landwirten durch den Einsatz von bereits ausgearbeiteten Energie-Checklisten auf der Potenzialseite, ergänzt durch eine mit den Akteuren im Biomasse-Energiebereich abgestimmte Befragung zu den sozioökonomischen Rahmenbedingungen. Unterstützt wird die Verbreitung der Checklisten und ihr Rücklauf durch Fachartikel sowie abgestimmtes Auftreten mit den Bauernverbänden in SH und Bbg. Gerade die aktuell hohen Getreidepreise zeigen die Notwendigkeit, einerseits dem Landwirt fundierte Optionen aufzuzeigen und andererseits die Politik bei der Instrumentenentwicklung zur CO2-Minderung und Versorgungssicherung zu unterstützen, um eine nachhaltige (ökonomisch, sozial und ökologisch) Bioenergieproduktion zu erreichen. Das Vorgehen soll auf andere Bundesländer übertragbar sein (Monitoring).

Title: Knowledge transfer in the field of renewable energy production - check lists as instruments to calculate the realizable potential and to offer an independent advisory service in agriculture
Description: The project aims at recording data on locational relation-site and economic factors, but also on soft factors, e.g. attitudes of farmers. The economically realizable potential, presumably far lower, is going to be determined by a supply analysis. The investigation of soft factors is going to be supported by a direct and representative analysis of the farmers readiness for innovation. This analysis will be based on energy checklists with its two main tasks: 1) Calculating the short- and medium-term realizable potential The scientific evaluation of check lists guarantees an accurate and statistically firm coverage of the general level of interest and acceptance, of the farmers technical and economic potentials and of current obstacles on the market for energy crops. 2) Offering independent advisory service; Providing the farmers with check lists and additional information material means offering them independent and uncommitted counselling. The value of such counselling cannot be estimated highly enough, particularly when preparing a risky investment. It is important to emphasize that the service does not aim at imposing certain products on the farmers but to support them in their management skills. Pointing out specific requirements for operational capacities (e.g. know-how, cash-flow) at an early stage permits individual solutions and helps to reduce obstacles and reservations.
