Digitale Zwillinge für die Lebenszyklusplanung ressourcenintensiver Elektronikprodukte, Teilvorhaben: Best Practices und Strategien zur Behandlung von Elektroaltgeräten auf Basis digitaler Zwillinge

Description: Gesamtziel des Verbundprojektes ist die Schaffung von Technologien, welche als primäres Ziel den Ersatz derzeitiger Produktnutzungskonzepte haben und einer ressourcenschonenderen Gesellschaft Vortrieb leisten sollen. Die hpm bringt sich im speziellen bei der Konzeption und Schaffung von innovativen Best Practices und Strategien zur Lebenszyklusverlängerung von Elektroaltgeräten ein und übernimmt innerhalb des Arbeitspakets die Führung. Die durch den Digitalen Zwilling erfassten Daten, welche im Anschluss im Zuge der Recommenderfunction Handlungsempfehlungen ausgeben. Die Realisierung und die Implementierung der Empfehlungen für verschiedene Produkte in bestehende Prozesse stellt dabei eines der Hauptziele des von hpm geführten Teilvorhabens dar. Dabei sollen lebenszyklusverlängernde Maßnahmen auf Ihre Komptabilität mit dem Konzept untersucht und der Transfer der aus der Empfehlung hervorgegangene Behandlungsvorschlag sichergestellt werden. Ebenso ist die Überführung der dadurch gewonnenen Erkenntnisse in die Erstellung von Richtlinien sowie die Beratung von Gremien bei der weiteren Entwicklung geplant.

  Description: The overall objective of the joint project is the creation of technologies that have as their primary goal the replacement of current product utilization concepts and are intended to advance a more resource-conserving society. In particular, hpm contributes to the conception and creation of innovative best practices and strategies for life cycle extension of waste electrical equipment and takes the lead within the work package.
