Wärmepumpen - Einbau schneller, produktiver und effizienter - handwerkliche Umrüstprozesse optimieren, Teilvorhaben: Entwicklung von Schulungskonzepten

Description: Gesamtziel des Vorhabens 'WESPE' ist die Schaffung einer Plattform zur Vereinfachung, Entwicklung, Erprobung und praxisnahen Schulung neuer Einbau- und Umrüstprozesse für Wärmepumpen mit dem Handwerk. Durch signifikante Reduktion der Installationszeit wird so eine Realisierung des Ausbauziels auf über 500.000 Wärmepumpen pro Jahr trotz Fachkräftemangels ermöglicht. Durch die Plattform sollen innovative Prozesse entwickelt, optimiert und geschult und gleichzeitig neue, vereinfachende Anforderungen an die Systeme abgeleitet werden. Der Installationsprozess soll durch Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der Abläufe und Workflows sowohl der prozessualen als auch technischen Schnittstellen vereinfacht und damit beschleunigt werden. Schwerpunkt der Innung Berlin ist die Entwicklung von neuen Präsenz- und digitalen Schulungsinhalten, die auf den Ergebnissen der anderen Arbeitspakete zur Prozessbeschleunigung aufbauen.
