Entwicklung einer Schnelltestmethode zum qualitativen und quantitativen Nachweis von Colletotrichum spec. an Lupine

Description: Der Lupinenanbau in Deutschland ist durch den aeusserst starken Befall mit Colletotrichum in Frage gestellt. Da der Erreger der Lupinenanthracnose hauptsaechlich ueber das Saatgut uebertragen wird, ist es aeusserst wichtig, nur gesundes fuer den Anbau zu verwenden. In dem Projekt soll ein schneller und zuverlaessiger Test entwickelt werden, der den prozentualen Befall des Saatgutes mit Colletotrichum eindeutig feststellt und so die Grundlage fuer eine Zertifizierung gesunden Saatgutes ermoeglicht.
