Aufbau und Betrieb des Verzeichnisses zugelassener Pflanzenschutzmittel als Online-Datenbank im Internet

Description: Die Biologische Bundesanstalt fuer Land- und Forstwirtschaft (BBA) ist mit der hoheitlichen Aufgabe der Pruefung und Zulassung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln betraut. Ueber die aktuellen Zulassungsdaten hat die BBA mittels geeigneter Medien zu informieren. Die Zentralstelle fuer Agrardokumentation und -information (ZADI) verfuegt ueber umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen bezueglich des Betriebes von Online-Datenbanken im World-Wide-Web (WWW) des Internet. Ziel des Projektes ist es, das informationstechnische Wissen der ZADI zur Umsetzung der Aufgaben der BBA zu nutzen. Aufgrund der fachlichen Vorgaben der BBA baut die ZADI das Verzeichnis der Pflanzenschutzmittel als Online-Datenbank auf und betreibt diese dauerhaft. Im Rahmen des Projektes werden auch Download-Formate zur Online-Aktualisierung von Pflanzenschutz-Programmen entwickelt. Ein Schwerpunkt des Projektes ist die nahtlose Integration der auf dem Server der ZADI aufliegenden Datenbank in das Online-Angebot auf dem BBA-eigenen Webserver.

  Description: The Federal Biological Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry (BBA) is in charge of the governmental task of testing and registering pesticides. The BBA has to provide information about the current registration data using appropriate media. The German Centre for Documentation and Information in Agriculture (ZADI) has extensive knowledge and experiences about database development on the World Wide Web (WWW).
