Description: Das Vorhaben untersucht die Machbarkeit einer Dekarbonisierung der Wärmeversorgung im suburbanen Raum durch den Einsatz von Innovationswärmeleitern im Bestandsquartier Leeste südlich der Stadt Bremen. Es umfasst technische und ökonomische Analysen sowie eine Einbindung der Zielgruppen vor Ort. Ziel des Gesamtprojektes ist die grundsätzliche Erforschung der Machbarkeit eines Innovationswärmeleiters für die Nutzung nachhaltiger Wärmeenergiequellen in Agglomerationsgürteln aus technischer und ökonomischer Perspektive sowie unter Einbindung der für die Umsetzung erforderlichen Zielgruppen. Das Projekt untersucht die Machbarkeit am Beispiel des typischen 'Speckgürtel'-Bestandsquartiers Ortskern Leeste an der südlichen Landesgrenze der Großstadt Bremen. Die zweijährigen Analyse- und Konzeptionsphase, in der detaillierte wissenschaftliche Analysen durchgeführt und geeignete Konzepte entwickelt werden, soll als Vorbereitung einer Umsetzung dienen und zusätzlich übertragbare Ergebnisse und Methoden für andere suburbane Räume in Deutschland bereitstellen. Ziel des HRI ist die in den Vorgängerprojekten Untersuchungsmethoden für urbane Räume auf das suburbane Quartier Leeste zu transformieren und auf die einzelnen Prozessschritte (Ist-, Potential- und Sensitivitätsanalyse) abzubilden. Damit soll die Grundlage für eine sich anschließende Umsetzungsphase geschaffen werden. Die so gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sollen derart aufbereitet werden, dass sie auf andere suburbane Liegenschaften übertragen werden können.

  Description: The project investigates the feasibility of decarbonising the heat supply in suburban areas by using innovation heat conductors in the existing Leeste district south of the city of Bremen. It includes technical and economic analyses as well as the involvement of local target groups. The aim of the overall project is the fundamental research of the feasibility of an innovative heat conductor for the use of sustainable heat energy sources in agglomeration belts from a technical and economic perspective and with the involvement of the target groups required for implementation. The project investigates the feasibility using the example of the typical 'Speckgürtel' district in the centre of Leeste on the southern border of the city of Bremen. The two-year analysis and conception phase, in which detailed scientific analyses will be carried out and suitable concepts developed, will serve as preparation for implementation and additionally provide transferable results and methods for other suburban areas in Germany. The aim of the HRI is to transform the investigation methods for urban areas used in the previous projects to the suburban quarter Leeste and to map them to the individual process steps (actual, potential and sensitivity analysis). This is to create the basis for a subsequent implementation phase.
