Description: Über Jahrzehnte wurde das Monitoring für Gebäude fast ausschließlich in wissenschaftlichen Projekten umgesetzt. Und obwohl es in zahlreichen Studien als essentiell zur Erreichung der energetischen und funktionalen Ziele der Gebäude bewertet wurde, fand eine Übertragung in die Praxis so gut wie gar nicht statt. In den letzten Jahren wurde das 'Technische Monitoring' nun durch verschiedene Regelwerke als Leistungsbild in die deutsche Baubranche eingeführt - das Technische Monitoring als unabhängige Qualitätsprüfung für die Gebäudeperformance. Das Projekt 'TMon' soll die Einführung und Umsetzung des Leistungsbildes 'Technisches Monitoring' und angrenzender Qualitätsmanagementleistungen wie Inbetriebnahmemanagement technisch-wirtschaftlich und organisationspsychologisch evaluieren. Im Forschungsprojekt werden dazu 100 Projekte aus ganz Deutschland untersucht und bewertet. Als Ergebnis soll eine umfassende Bewertung des technisch-wirtschaftlichen Erfolgs des Technischen Monitorings vorliegen. Im Mittelpunkt sollen Aussagen zu Effektivität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Akzeptanz sowie zur Skalierbarkeit stehen. Darüber hinaus werden Ansätze entwickelt, um die Leistungen auf Basis der Praxiserfahrungen weiter zu verbessern. Das Steinbeis Innovationszentrum (SIZ) energieplus betrachtet innerhalb des Projektteams die technisch-wirtschaftliche Evaluation der Leistungen und die organisatorische Einbindung des 'Technisches Monitorings' in die Projekte.

Title: Subproject: Economic evaluation and assessment
Description: For decades, monitoring for buildings was implemented almost exclusively in scientific projects. And although it was evaluated in numerous studies as essential for achieving the energy and functional goals of buildings, a transfer into practice hardly took place at all. In the last few years, 'Technical Monitoring' has been introduced into the German building industry as a service model through various regulations - Technical Monitoring as an independent quality check for building performance. The project 'TMon' will evaluate the introduction and implementation of the service profile 'Technical Monitoring' and related quality management services such as commissioning management from a technical-economic and organizational-psychological point of view. In the research project, 100 projects from all over Germany will be examined and evaluated. The result will be a comprehensive evaluation of the technical and economic success of technical monitoring. The focus will be on statements about effectiveness, economic efficiency and acceptance as well as scalability. In addition, approaches will be developed to further improve the services on the basis of practical experience. Within the project team, the Steinbeis Innovation Center (SIZ) energieplus is looking at the technical and economic evaluation of the services and the organizational integration of technical monitoring into the projects.
