Nachweis von Mykotoxinen in Isolaten der Gattung Fusarium

Description: Mykotoxine sind Sekundaermetabolite von Pilzen, die fuer Mensch und Tier giftig sind. Sie werden in verpilzten Nahrungsmitteln angereichert und koennen direkt oder durch die Nahrungskette in unser Essen gelangen. Selbst durch hohe Temperaturen werden sie nicht zerstoert. Die Bildung ist haeufig u.a. von der Pilzart abhaengig, kann aber auch physiologischen Formen entsprechen oder isolatgebunden sein. Zunaechst werden in diesem Projekt die phytopathogenen Kulturen unserer Stammsammlung auf Mykotoxinbildung untersucht.

  Description: Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of fungi and are poisonous to humans and animals. They concentrate in mouldy plant material and can be ingested directly or via the food chain. They are not destroyed by high temperatures.
