Communication in Risk Management

Description: During the introduction of hazard zone planning in South Tyrol the communication in Risk Management among all stakeholders is analysed. The result is a communication concept that is presented to the responsible authorities. The communication concepts aims at conflict prevention and conflict coping strategies, strengthening the individual prevention and qualitative planning improvement through the integration of local knowledge.
