Umweltkooperation in MOE im Rahmen der UN-ECE

Description: Vor dem Hintergrund des absehbaren Beitritts mittel- und osteuropäischer Staaten zur Europäischen Union sowie den zunehmenden Aktivitäten anderer internationaler und europäischer Akteure auf dem Feld der Umweltpolitik stellte sich die Frage, auf welche umweltpolitischen Aufgabenbereiche die UN-ECE ihren Schwerpunkt in Zukunft legen sollte. Zur Untersuchung dieser Fragestellung analysierte Ecologic die Implementation einiger wichtiger UN-ECE Umweltkonventionen in ausgewählten Staaten Mittel- und Osteuropas und der Russischen Förderation.
