EU-China Netzwerk für Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung im Bereich der kommunalen Abfallwirtschaft

Description: Bei dem Projekt handelt es sich um eine 'Train the Trainer'Programm im Bereich kommunale Abfallwirtschaft. Trainer der größten chinesischen Organisation für Umweltschutz EMCC (Environmental Management College; Umweltmanagement College) sollen ausgebildet werden, um dann ihrerseits 2.500 regionale Direktoren im Bereich Abfallwirtschaft zu schulen. Dafür sollen zwei Lehrpläne zum Thema 'Kommunale und Industrielle Abfallwirtschaft'sowie 'Verwertung und Grüne Verpackung'entwickelt werden. Ein wesentlicher Punkt wird auch im Know-How Transfer in 'Public Private Partnership'gesehen. Neben der Q-Ausbildung der Trainer wird auch entsprechendes Unterrichtsmaterial entwickelt und ein Trainings-Campus wird entsprechend ausgestattet.

  Title: EU-China Network for Capacity Building on Municipal Waste Management
  Description: The project is a train the trainer programme in the field of municipal solid waste (MSW) management, taking place in the Hebei province of China. Trainers (experts) of the major Chinese training institute on environmental protection (EMCC) will receive training to then themselves conduct trainings of up to 2500 regional authority directors (Environmental Planning Agencies - EPBs, the main target group) on how to organise MSW management. In addition to the capacity building, two curricula (Municipal and Industrial Waste Management - MIWM, Recycling and Green Packaging-RGP), training materials and a CD-ROM will be developed. First trial trainings of the target group will be held and evaluated to validate the curricula content and usability of training materials. The training materials and templates for simplifying the introduction MSW management systems will be uploaded into a web-based virtual resource centre for wide ranging dissemination.
