FLIP- Facil Locust Information Programm

Description: Im Rahmen des GTZ-Vorhabens 'Biologisch integrierte Heuschreckenbekaempfung' war dem Informationszentrum fuer tropischen Pflanzenschutz der BBA 1990 der Auftrag erteilt worden, Literatur fuer das Vorhaben bereitzustellen und unter Nutzung von vorhandenen nationalen und internationalen Literaturdatenbanken eine Heuschreckenliteraturdatenbank zu erstellen. Die Datenbank, die einen Umfang von ca. 40 MB hat, enthaelt 14.750 Literaturzitate, die nach Verfasser, nach Stichworten in den Sachtiteln, durch Freitextsuche in Abstracts (soweit vorhanden), nach Deskriptoren bzw. Schlagworten sowie nach bibliographischen Angaben recherchiert werden koennen. Ueber die Literaturzitate hinaus wurde FLIP mit gattungstypischen hochaufloesenden Abbildungen, mit systematischen Kennzeichnungen, mit Verbreitungskarten und mit mehrsprachigen common names ergaenzt.
