Ökonomische Analyse nach der Wasserrahmenrichtlinie im Donau-Flusseinzugsgebiet

Description: Dieses Projekt unterstützte die Internationale Kommission zum Schutz der Donau und ihre Mitgliedsstaaten bei der Durchführung der ökonomischen Analyse nach der Wasserrahmenrichtlinie. Vorrangiges Ziel war dabei der Wissenstransfer. Es wurden gemeinsame Instrumente und Vorgehensweisen, sowie Leitlinien und Methoden für die nach der Wasserrahmenrichtlinie für 2004 verlangte ökonomische Analyse im Donaubecken entwickelt. Das Projekt beinhaltete die Durchführung von Länderstudien, die die derzeitigen nationalen Kapazitäten zur Umsetzung spezifischer Aspekte der ökonomischen Analyse evaluieren. Ecologic unterstützte die hierzu beauftragten nationalen Consultants in ihrer Arbeit, sowohl durch Projektworkshops als auch durch begleitende Beratung während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit. Darüber hinaus fertigte Ecologic einen vergleichenden Synthesebericht der Länderstudien an.

  Title: Economic Analysis according to the Water Framework Directive in the Danube River Basin
  Description: The aim of this project was to assist the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube and its member countries in the implementation of common approaches, methodologies and guidelines for the economic analysis, as required by 2004 under the EU Water Framework Directive. To this end, national consultants conducted national scoping studies (NSS) that assess the current national capacities of the Danube river basin countries to carry out specific tasks of the economic analysis. Ecologic supported these national consultants in their work, through capacity building workshops and assistance during the entire drafting process of the NSS.
