FP6-POLICIES, Wasserrahmenrichtlinie trifft Gemeinsame Agrarpolitik - Chancen für die Zukunft (GAP und WRRL)

Description: Im Rahmen dieses Projektes analysieren Ecologic und die Landwirtschaftliche Universität Warschau (SGGW) die rechtlichen und organisatorischen Schnittstellen der Politikfelder Wasser und Landwirtschaft, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Implementierung, Planung, Finanzierung und Kontrolle. Vorrangiges Ziel ist es hierbei, mögliche Synergieeffekte bei der zukünftigen Implementierung der Gemeinsamen Agrarpolitik (GAP) und der Wasserrahmenrichtlinie (WRRL) aufzuzeigen. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, werden mehrere Hintergrundpapiere sowie Handlungsempfehlungen erarbeitet, die von Betroffenen und den politischen Entscheidungsträger auf der Europäischen Konferenz 'WFD meets CAP - Opportunities for the future' im März 2006 diskutiert und weiter entwickelt werden.
