Description: Objective: 1. To assess the effects of atmospheric pollutants on phytohormonal system leading to some specific damage. 2. To investigate the anti-poison systems of plants. General Information: 1. The main phytohormones will be determined in fir and spruce material obtained from open-air and laboratory sources. 2. Substances like carotenoids, ascorbic acid and some specified enzymes will be determined in the same biological material.
