Nachhaltige Holzmobilisierung für Zukunftsmärkte über regionales Clustermanagement - Entwicklung und Erprobung von Managementsystemen in modellhaften Regionalclustern Forst und Holz

Description: Gesamtziel des Vorhabens ist die Entwicklung und Erprobung von Ansätzen eines regionalen Clustermanagements zur verbesserten Mobilisierung heimischer Holzressourcen für einen gesteigerten Absatz von Holzprodukten auf gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Märkten. Die Erprobung solcher Managementsysteme und logistisch-technischer Ansätze in modellhaften Regionalclustern (Südwestfalen, Eifel, Ostwestfalen-Lippe und Münsterland) soll einen Erkenntnistransfer auf gesamt Deutschland ermöglichen. Das Vorhaben beinhaltet folgende Arbeitspakte: 1. Holzpotenziale und Mobilisierungshemmnisse, 2. Clusterakteure und Zukunftsmärkte Holz, 3. Holzmobilisierung und Clustermanagement, 4. Transfer Cluster Forst und Holz Deutschland und 5. Projektmanagement. Die Ergebnisse des Vorhabens werden im Rahmen eines multimedialen Transferkonzepts an verschiedene Zielgruppen vermittelt. Dies beinhaltet neben dem Erkenntnistransfer in den Modellregionen die Übertragung auf vergleichbare Regionen in Deutschland.
