Sonderforschungsbereich (SFB) 1127: Chemische Mediatoren in komplexen Biosystemen, Teilprojekt INF: Informations-Infrastruktur/ Chem- und Bioinformatik

Description: INF betreut die Speicherung, Archivierung und standardisierten Analyse der im Konsortium generierten experimentellen Hochdurchsatzdaten. INF wird sicherstellen, dass die in ChemBioSys erzeugten Daten sowohl für Forschende innerhalb des Konsortiums als auch für Wissenschaftler weltweit auffindbar, zugänglich, interoperabel und reproduzierbar (findable, accessible, interoperable, reproducible - FAIR) sind, sobald das Konsortium beschließt, bestimmte Datensätze zu veröffentlichen. Zusätzlich wird die Entwicklung der Naturstoffdatenbank COCONUT und einer integrierten Lösung für die Dereplikation und de-novo Strukturaufklärung vorangetrieben werden.
