Determinanten globaler Belaestigungsurteile ueber Umweltlaerm

Description: Das Gesamt-Urteil ueber die Belaestigung von Anwohnerinnen und Anwohnern durch bestimmte Umwelt-Laermquellen ist oft die entscheidende Groesse fuer Umwelt-Planungen. Allerdings ist bislang unklar, welche Faktoren das Gesamt-Urteil im Interview determinieren. Wir wissen bislang, dass z.B. Stoerungen der Kommunikation, des Schlafes und der Erholung eingehen, aber mit welcher Gewichtung und in bezug auf welche Zeitraeume? Das Forschungsprojekt soll solche und andere Kognitionen empirisch erkunden, die sich auch in Laerm-Beurteilungsverfahren und Laerm-Minderungsplaenen umsetzen lassen.

  Title: Aspects of global annoyance judgements about environmental noise
  Description: Environmental planning often relies on judgements made by residents. The most prominent judgement with respect to environmental noise is the global annoyance judgement, obtained during a systematic interview. At present, we know very little about the cognitions and emotions involved during the formation of the global annoyance judgement. For instance, we do know that disturbances of communication, of rest and sleep enter into the judgement, but we do not know the exact weight of each of these factors, and the respective time interval to which the factor applies.
