Thermal Comfort and Urban Climate in Tropical Areas

Description: In tropical costal climates of Brasil urban climate investigations were carried out. This includes meteorological measurements. This data could be used to calculate thermal comfort on the base of the physiological equivalent temperature (PET) and the standard equivalent temperature (SET). The investigation should give a thermal pattern of brasilian cities along the costal line. The investigated cites are Salvador/Bahia, Joao Pessoa, Rio Claro and Belo Horizonte.
