HOLZ+ Holzbauverbundlösungen - Entwicklung innovativer Holzbauweisen unter Einbindung anderer Baustoffe sowie der Nutzung neuer Technologien und Verfahren im Holzbaugewerbe

Description: Der Holzbau hat in den vergangenen Jahren eine rasante Entwicklung genommen. Die Gründe hierfür liegen nicht nur in den ökologisch vorteilhaften Eigenschaften, sondern auch in der konsequenten Weiterentwicklung von Baustoffen und Technologien im Bereich des Holzbaus. Auf Initiative der Regio Augsburg Wirtschaft GmbH mit Unterstützung des Bayerischen Clusters Forst & Holz haben sich im Netzwerk Holzbau im Wirtschaftsraum Augsburg A zahlreiche Holzbauunternehmen zusammengeschlossen. Ziel ist es, die Nutzung von Holz beim Bauen zu steigern. Mit dem Projekt HOLZ+ soll der Baustoff Holz durch den Verbund mit anderen Materialien leistungsfähiger gemacht werden. Moderne Baustoffe sollen höchsten Ansprüchen genügen, hohe Tragfähigkeiten gewährleisten, die Stabilität erhöhen oder Brandschutzanforderungen einhalten. Gleichzeitig müssen sie dabei noch kostengünstig und nachhaltig sein. Mit Verbundwerkstoffen werden die natürlichen Eigenschaften von Materialien miteinander vereint. Enorme Potenziale zeigen sich in der Verbindung von Holz mit anderen Materialen, bei sogenannten Verbundmaterialen und -konstruktionen, aber auch im vernetzten Entwickeln von derartigen Lösungen. Im Innovationsprojekt HOLZ+ setzen sich regionale Holzbauunternehmen mit verschiedenen Holzverbundwerkstoffen auseinander und prüfen deren Potenziale.
