Beschwerde- und Mediationsverfahren im Umweltbereich in den EU Mitgliedsstaaten

Description: Zielsetzung der Projektes ist es, die EU Kommission mit Beiträgen für das im Rahmen des 7. Umweltaktionsprogrammes. Zusammen mit dem Institute for European Environmental Policy und BIO Intelligence Service erarbeitet das Ecologic Institut verschiedene Optionen der Optimierung der nationalen Beschwerde- und Mediationsmechanismen. Aufbauend auf den Fallstudien zehn ausgewählter Mitgliedsstaaten werden die Projektpartner Besonderheiten und 'good-practice'-Beispiele herausarbeiten und Vorschläge unterbreiten, wie die Mechanismen mit Blick auf eine bessere Durchsetzung des EU-Umweltrechts und der Schaffung gleicher Rahmenbedingungen in den Mitgliedsstaaten verbessert werden können.

  Description: The project focuses on providing information to contribute to the Impact Assessment that the European Commission will present in the context of the future 7th Environmental Action Programme and any other emerging Commission initiatives in the field of environmental complaint-handling at the EU Member States' level.
