WF 0100 Geschütztes Waldgebiet mit Rechtsbindung nach §12 LWaldG

Wald kann bei Vorliegen bestimmter Voraussetzungen von Amts wegen oder auf Antrag durch Erlass einer Verordnung der obersten Forstbehörde zu Schutzwald nach § 12 LWaldG erklärt werden. Schutzwald nach §12 LWaldG ist Wald, der zur Abwehr von Gefahren, erheblichen Nachteilen oder erheblichen Belästigungen für die Allgemeinheit, zur Durchführung von Forschungen sowie zur Erhaltung schutzwürdiger Biotope, insbesondere Naturwälder, notwendig ist.
