Der Datensatz enthält die aktuellen Restriktionszonen der Afrikanischen Schweinepest im Hoheitsgebiet des Freistaates Sachsen in Umsetzung der Verordung (EU) 2016/429 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 9. März 2016 zu Tierseuchen und zur Änderung und Aufhebung einiger Rechtsakte im Bereich der Tiergesundheit („Tiergesundheitsrecht“) und deren Folgeverordnungen.
Luftbilder sind ein photographisches Abbild der Landschaft. Sie zeigen ein reales Bild aller aus der Vogelperspektive sichtbaren Objekte wie das Straßennetz, die Bebauung, Gewässer und den Bewuchs, aber auch ortsungebundene Objekte wie zum Beispiel Autos, die zum Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme an der aufgenommenen Stelle waren. Wegen der besonderen Abbildungsbedingungen (Zentralperspektive) hat ein Luftbild, im Gegensatz zu einer Karte, keinen exakt einheitlichen Maßstab. Bei der photographischen Aufnahme aus der Luft entstehen durch die Höhenunterschiede im Gelände Lageabweichungen. Diese nehmen zum Bildrand hin stark zu. Durch rechnerische Entzerrung und digitale Bildverarbeitung entstehen aus den Original-Luftbildern Digitale Orthophotos (DOP), die maßstabsgetreu und georeferenziert die Erdoberfläche abbilden.
