Die basemap.de Web Raster Farbe basiert auf der Vektor Webkarte basemap.de Web Vektor und ist ein von Bund und Ländern gemeinsam entwickelter und durch die Zentrale Stelle Geotopographie (ZSGT) im Auftrag der Länder bereitgestellter Internet-Kartendienst im Rasterformat. Datengrundlagen für die basemap.de Web Raster (Vektor) sind das Basis-Landschaftsmodell, Hauskoordinaten und 3D Gebäudemodelle aus den Bundesländern sowie die am BKG gepflegten Digitalen Landschaftsmodelle 1:250 000 und 1:1 000 000.
