The checklist of German carnid flies (Diptera, Carnidae) includes 21 species. One additional species has been published for Germany in the past but was misidentified. For two species of carnid flies records for Germany are reported for the first time: Meoneura falcata Papp, 1997 and Meoneura flavifrons Papp, 1981. A bibliography comprises 63 publications containing original records of carnids from Germany. In this dataset we provide the corresponding taxonnames of: Stuke, J.-H. (2023): Checkliste der Kadaverfliegen Deutschlands (Diptera: Carnidae). Version: 21. April 2023. ‒ Catalogus dipterorum Germaniae 2: 1–11. DOI: https://doi.org/10.20363/CdG.Carnidae.2023.iv.21
The Freshwater Animal Diversity Assessment (FADA) database contains authoritative species lists for several taxonomic groups and distribution data at the level of faunistic regions. This dataset contains the Glasby, C. " Timm, T., 2016 December 15, World checklist of freshwater Polychaeta species. World Wide Web electronic publication. Available online at http://fada.biodiversity.be/group/show/11. It has been updated based on Glasby, Christopher J., Timm, Tarmo, Muir, Alexander I., Gil, João (2009): Catalogue of non-marine Polychaeta (Annelida) of the World. Zootaxa 2070: 1-52, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.187085.
The Tailings Management Facility Safety Methodology (hereinafter TMF Safety Methodology) is mainly based on the requirements and principles declared in "Safety guidelines and good practices for tailings management facilities" endorsed by the Conference of the Parties to the UNECE Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents as well as other comparable international TMF standards. The TMF Safety Methodology is a powerful tool for the process of harmonizing technical standards for the entire life cycle of TMFs throughout the UNECE region. The Tailings Management Facility Safety Methodology, which consists of a Checklist for verifying the actual safety situation of tailings management facilities and the Tailings Management Facility Hazard and Risk Indexes (THI or TRI) for assessment of TMFs on regional, national and international basis. Based on a strategy of the German Federal Environment Agency (UBA) the TMF Safety Methodology was developed since 2013 within the following projects - "Improving the safety of industrial tailings management facilities based on the example of Ukrainian facilities" (2013-2015), Report No. (UBA-FB) 002317/ENG, ANH2 - "Raising Knowledge among Students and Teachers on Tailings Safety and its Legislative Review in Ukraine" (2016-2017) on the results of trainings conducted at National Mining University (Dnipro, Ukraine). Report No. (UBA-FB) 002638/E. - "Assistance in safety improvement of tailings management facilities (TMF) in Armenia and Georgia" (Project No. 83392), according a follow up activity at TMFs in Armenia and Georgia the Methodology has been improved in 2018-2019. - "Capacity development to improve safety conditions of tailings management facilities in the Danube River Basin â€Ì Phase I: North-Eastern Danube countries " (Project No. 118221) 2019- 2020. - Improving the safety of tailings management facilities in Kyrgyzstan (Project No. 154973) 2021-2022.

Based on the UNECE Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents and EU Directive 96/82/EC (SEVESO II), this unified guideline system provides important definitions, valuation systems and background information for drawing up and reviewing safety reports. Quelle: Bericht
Based on recommendations by international river basin and water body commissions, a checklist concept was developed as a tool to efficiently evaluate the condition of installations handling substances and preparations hazardous to water. It comprises an overview of potential fields of action as well as specific checklists subdivided by functional units, sectors and risk areas.
These checklists offer chemical producers a practicable basis for early identification and management of environmental risks. They include a number of sub-checklists, depending on type of company and installation, including suggestions for improvements, as well as forms for annual safety checks which the companies themselves can carry out.Quelle: http://www.umweltbundesamt.de
